Joe the front desk clerk was very friendly and nice when we first walked in. The room was clean and the hotel was quite. The location of the hotel is perfect right in the middle of everything.

Some of the hotel amenities and the building does need some repairs and remodeling seems like it is going downhill.Even though this is a nice hotel , I had some issues with the toilet seemed like it was breaking. Also a pawn checking out , it seemed like the front desk clerk when checking out she was asleep or either on drugs.. she was not there at all and was not friendly at all.

"Disappointed as we stayed the prior night at the holiday inn express I Piedmont SC which was far superior"

Location was good. Staff were friendly and efficient

Cleanliness was marginal. Carpets somewhat dirty and stained. Not vacuumed around the corners We could not get adequate hot water for a shower either in the evening or the morning of our stay. Staff said it was likely because the hotel was full and we were on the 4th floor at the far end of the hallway.

It’s was close to where the venue was.

They cancel my reservation and i didn’t know until I arrived there to check in. Never had this problem before with booking.
