Liked everything, especially: Friendy checkin, clean lobby, hallways and our room, comfy bed, locked safe in the room, ironing board, Dove products in dispensers, 6:30AM breakfast, great coffee available all day, good breakfast selection.

"Arrived to find this hotel did not have our reservation, although it was confirmed through Booking"

We arrived late in the evening, tired from traveling all day, and this hotel had no record of our reservation through Booking.com. They had no rooms available and turned us away. Luckily we found a nearby hotel that could accommodate us. Apparently this has happened to other travelers who booked through Booking.com. Now we are avoiding third party bookings, or calling to the hotel ahead of our trip to confirm they do have our reservation. UGH!
