Holiday Inn Express - Gaffney by IHG

Room 206. The heater unit made loud noises through out our stay. Especially when put on heat. Made roaring sounds all night

Breakfast was ok. Freshly brewed coffee 24/7 was great!

All was great

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable linens. Felt safe.

The thermostat on the wall glowed very bright at night. Couldn’t find a dimmer so eventually had to tape a piece of paper over the light. But that’s minor. Didn’t have any dislikes.

The breakfast was filling and the coffee was delicious.

Indoor pool for the kids, but its all good.

I wanted to share that despite my earlier phone experience, my stay at Holiday Inn was truly enjoyable. The property was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth when I arrived, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed right away. I appreciated the overall quality of the room, the amenities, and the peaceful environment. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again because of how pleasant and comfortable the actual experience was.

When I called earlier to make a reservation, the receptionist was very rude. He/She placed me on hold for a long time, and when they finally returned, there was no apology for the delay—only a repeated “thank you for holding.” I expressed my concern, but instead of acknowledging it, the receptionist kept insisting on saying “thank you,” and then ended the call on me. Because of this, I decided to make my reservation online instead. I went to the hotel less than an hour later to check in.
