"Miserable no rest"

Was not notified that a main level king rm was not available given 2 qun,.ask for handicap ascessile kg rm,shower had no grab bars,No seat or bench. Husband is recent amputee we got only few hrs sleep.Miserable nites.No protien,no meat,eggs for breakfast. Only bread,bagels,cereal,gravy,liquids Should have been notified of no king Room,had since 2/28th ,could have got other accommodation.
