The positives: exceptional staff, excellent location, and a standard but quite good breakfast with surprisingly good, strong coffee. There are multiple card-protected entrances, so I could park right under my window and have easy access in and out. The building itself is quite new, so it does not yet have that specific smell of poorly cleaned carpets - not in the room or in the hallways. The room was very spacious, with a good bed, a couch, a fridge, and other small appliances. The TV system gives access to popular streaming apps and Google Play, plus “live” TV is available through the app as well. Very efficient AC in the room.

First and foremost, the Wi-Fi was ridiculous, both in terms of speed and access. They use a captive portal, but every time you shut down your laptop, disconnect a device, or stay inactive for a while, the system signs you out. Then you have to go through all the steps again, including watching ads and dealing with other annoying prompts. Upgrading the Wi-Fi also required signing up for some program and providing information like a mailing address, which made the whole experience feel even more absurd. If you plan to stay at this hotel and work online, bring your own hotspot. A few minor but still annoying things: 1. The building is wooden, so I could hear every step from the guests in the room above. Unfortunately, one of them seemed to be wearing high heels, so... 2. The shower pressure was very low, although this might have been specific to the room I stayed in. 3. The iron and ironing board were in quite poor condition. The iron, in particular, had a badly burned soleplate, so ironing clothes for my meetings was quite a challenge.

The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty to eat!

My incidentals charge on my credit card wasn't reimbursed until I contacted the hotel. It would be good if it were immediately credited after I left.
