Outside lighting and parking was crowded at night

After the way I was treated by two older female staff members it was really hard to enjoy anything about it

I didn’t really care for being treated like less then a human for an issue that had nothing to do with me directly the issue was between booking and the hotel but that didn’t stop those two from telling me not asking or requesting that I NEEDED to call and inform booking of the issue and tell booking that if they didn’t fix the issue I needed to leave they didn’t want me sitting in the lobby any longer mind you I just spent over $700 dollars on this place and that was just for the room ! This whole situation went on for about 2 hours they would walk to the room behind the reception desk and talk about me in a very unprofessional manner I’m beyond mad about this these two should not be allowed to work in hospitality because they were not at all oh wait not till after the email confirmed that I payed then the one that was still on shift wanted to act like she didn’t just treat me like a piece of shit n

Breakfast - using paper plates and cups, plastic knives and forks, so much thrown away each morning. Not good for the environment.
