From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by your PRECIOUS, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Every interaction throughout my stay reflected a high level of care and attention to detail. Precious went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always responding promptly and courteously to any requests. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority, and this commitment truly elevated my experience. Gavor was one of the first person i met. We got here almost midnight after a long day. He processed me quickly, he called first tgen came up to me quickly with a document i did sign and assisted me in getting all i need to get selt for the night.

The customer service was awesome! Jada, Monife, and Shawn were especially helpful and very professional.

The suites are great, very spacious (a kettle and microwave would have made it better). Breakfast was great, there was a mixture of jamaican hard food and European / US options. The pool was great, suitable for families with kids, plenty of sun & shade (another outside play area would have been perfect as theres no local parks within walking distance).

Dinner options could be a lot better, the food looked right but did'nt taste like home cooking, it was catered more to Tourists, there are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance if you want to taste real food from home!
