ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

The hotel was quite good - located in downtown Kingston at the Harbour. Lots of professional buildings around and access to the creative areas - craft house, museum, art walk, markets.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Ms. Akelia Taylor for her outstanding work in housekeeping at the ROK. Ms. Taylor consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes great pride in everything she does. Her dedication and attention to detail do not go unnoticed, and she plays a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. She is not only hardworking but also incredibly hospitable, always greeting others with kindness and professionalism. Ms. Taylor is respectful, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Her positive attitude makes her a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. Additionally, Ms. Taylor is very knowledgeable in her role and carries out her responsibilities with confidence and efficiency. She truly sets a high standard for excellence, and her contributions are greatly appreciated.

The overall look of the property; luxurious. The food was fantastic and the staff were very accomodating.

I wished I could have stayed longer.
