ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

This location is central to a lot of eateries, the ambience is to die for and the breakfast here at the ROK Hotel is something to look forward to. This being my 6th trip is enough attestation

The staff make this hotel what it is. I truly hope Hilton brand refinish this. They are true professionals in all that they do. From security, reception serving staff breakfast staff bar tenders and anyone else I left out. They are all an asset to the Hilton brand. Nothing was ever to much trouble and they did it with grace and willingness. The hotel itself was nice comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great-,it wasn’t like an all inclusive hotel but the food choices were sufficient and the quality was good. Rooms - I stayed on the 7th floor and although the room was small it was adequate for my family’s needs. Beds were comfortable which for me is important. Pool area- really nice and relaxing the pool is on the smaller side but again it was adequate. I would really like to give a big shout out to precious at reception she was super nice and always put a smile on my face Surrounding areas- I personally like downtown and having easy access to Kingston on a whole and the airport. Hilton hope to see you soon The only criticism I have is the fact there is no smoking area with the exception of outside the front of the hotel where there are a couple of benches and ashtrays. Unfortunately a lot of the time the benches were taken by taxi drivers or other people that were not guests to the hotel. This was annoying because I at to go off the hotel area to smoke.

The staff at at the desk: both during check-in and check-out were very helpful, friendly and professional..above the expected norm. My interaction with other staff also supported a friendly and culture

The property is very relaxing and actually has 3 places where you can eat, the rooms are really nice and the pool area over looking the sea through the glass is like living a dream.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property but the reception staff need more training, they need to show or tell guests about all the facilities available where they are and assist the Senior guests a little more. Also the cleaning staff knock the guest doors too early in the mornings - the food where the pool area is is good Jamaican food but the restaurant inside the building need to stick to how our food is actually cooked and served and not make it too experimental

A lovely time the best I wouldn’t change nothing I will be back as I come to Jamaica every year to visit my parents graves. Akeem was very good to helped me alot the reception for security restaurant store was amazing The security made me feel safe even though I was downtown Kingston. I also for values as I’m a type one Diabetic and they were a pump and I thought of values and very welcoming which is a very good place. This is the best hotel I’ve said worldwide and I will definitely be coming back.

The service by Ricardo at ROL was phenomenal! I will return!

Christine is a delight to be around. She checked on me during my dining at the Palate and she made sure I felt comfortable through the whole experience. She's a darling.
