I had an amazing time at ROK. Jada and Shawn at the front desk were super helpful during my stay. Whenever I had a question, comment, or concern, they were quick to address it with a smile on their face. They elevated my experience in Jamaica. The suite was spacious and housekeeping always kept it well maintained. The pool was clean and relaxing. I enjoyed happy hour Friday with a live dj and a fun atmosphere.

The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant team, were very accommodating and welcoming. Special thanks to Jayda at the front desk for upgrading our room to one with a balcony, we absolutely loved it! The location was also very convenient and added to the overall great experience. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!
