"Ideales Hotel für Portos Altstadt"

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, jeden Tag etwas Süßes, Wasser und Obst auf dem Zimmer, das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und die Lage für einen Besuch der Altstadt optimal.

"Super emplacement pour un bel hôtel"

La gentillesse du personnel, la décoration des chambres et des parties communes, l'emplacement

Pour les gens sensibles au bruit, mieux vaut se passer de la vue sur la ville et demander une chambre sur l'arrière de l'hôtel

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was very friendly. However, our room was really very poorly designed with the shower and sink in the room. No place in the shower to place anything personal. No counter space in the room except a small desk. The room was very dark and flooring was some rubbery carpet that was all stained and gross. Disappointed in Hilton Tapestry Collection.

"Trotz den 2 Kritikpunkten hat es uns im Hotel sehr gut gefallen"

Kein Frühstück gebucht

Reinigung könnte besser sein. Nach Reinigung der Putzfrau hatte es auf dem Teppich weiterhin Schmutz (wahrscheinlich nicht gesaugt) Badzimmer müsste Boden intensiver nass aufgenommen werden.

Viele kleine liebevolle Details ( Beschriftung Treppenhaus, Hygieneartikel) mit Augenzwinkern und Humor. Alles vorhanden, was es braucht, um einen guten Aufenthalt zu haben. Gute Bar, am Wochenende sogar mit DJ

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark frequentierten Straße ( dafür mit tollem Blick auf die Kathedrale), daher ist es sehr laut. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen nicht möglich

"Sehr zentrale Lage"

-gutes Frühstück -sehr zentral, direkt bei der Kathedrale -unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft noch nicht fertig, da gab es je ein Gratis-Getränk und ein Zimmer- Upgrade mit tollem Blick auf die Kathedrale und die City -Personal sehr bemüht

-Armaturen im Bad minderwertig
