The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The location was #1. It was close to all attractions.

Location reception staff were very good

Rooms not cleaned properly and twice had to ask for room to be cleaned

We loved the spacious, comfortable room and a fantastic location of this hotel. The staff were great and the whole place was spotlessly clean.

The hotel plays music in all the hallways leading to rooms at all hours, which feels like an odd choice. We could actually hear the music in our room and it was disturbing our sleep, so I asked if it could be turned off. The hotel staff were happy to accommodate this request, but seemed surprised by it and said no one had ever mentioned it before, which I found hard to believe - it was pretty noticable.

A perfectly placed boutique hotel right across from the Cathedral with lovely rooms and an exceptional staff, especially Beatrice who was wonderful and very helpful.

There was so much to like about this hotel! The location was perfect, the view from my room was so unique, the entire place was uniquely decorated! The front desk staff and Tiago at the restaurant were all very welcoming. I plan to return to Porto in the Fall and will be staying here again.
