Despite the good reviews, was disappointed upon arrival. The entire unit had a smell/odor, as did the bath towels. Did not seem like a thorough cleaning had been done as can be seen on the photos - crumbs on counter, dirty bathroom walls, remnants on the floor from last guests, etc. The bed sheets were rough and itchy and the a/c was not cooling as it should have been. It was hot and not comfortable at all. Additionally, there were no extra bed sheets or bedding for the sofa bed, which we needed and why we had booked here in the first place. Would not stay here again

The property had a strong urine smell in the lobby. The room we were in had a really bad smell in it. The guest next to us argued every night and were very disruptive.

The staff is all very helpful and friendly. They always accommodated us when possible.

The bed frame is bigger than the bed so it was easy to hit a leg or foot trying to get in or out of bed.

We stayed here before a cruise from Galveston. The check in process was simple and we felt very secure in our room. I loved that it had a kitchenette so we didn’t have to go out for dinner.

This place is great!!! Friendly staff and always accommodating. I travel to this area often and stay here every time. It is clean, the internet works good and there are 2 TV’s. And in case I didn’t mention it always clean!

You will not be disappointed. Staff is super nice and helpful, rooms are clean, beds are comfy. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely enjoyed staying here. Only complaint is I arrived after check in and my room wasn’t ready. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is truly basic. The kitchen had two forks four knifes two glasses four plates. The dish washer did not work not dish liquid a very small dish towel. We stayed for five days, I requested small spoon never got them, every time you needed something you had to wait at front desk for over 15 minutes. During our stay the dead cockroach in the hall also stayed there. Very convenient location but I will not stay there again.
