The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. We were much more comfortable in our small suite than in a regular hotel room. I'd choose to stay here again.

It was nice to be remembered and was able to check in early. I absolutely like staying here.

The staff was exceptional! They went above and beyond to meet our every need. The location was absolutely perfect. Our room was very accommodating. The sofa bed in the living room allowed one of our night owls to stay up all night without interfering with the sleep of everyone else. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again

The only part that could’ve been better is that there was zero communication with booking.com. Once I made the reservations, I could never reach anyone with booking.com again. We were there because my cousin was having brain surgery. He was released sooner than anticipated so two days early I tried to reach out to cancel the last day but could not get anyone to respond. The general manager of the hotel tried as well but neither one of us were able to get a return email or phone call. Very disappointing.

Amazing stay

It's the little things that can make the difference sometimes. Only one coffee pod, one of the window blinds was out of its guide and had water stains, shower soap was empty.

The staff goes above and beyond. I was very happy with my stay.

It's hard to answer this, because everything was great as expected. The things I was not happy with are things I knew when booking. Example: no breakfast or other amenities of a full service hotel. BUT, again, I am not complaining. I booked the hotel because of the large space it provided for my family and the price. It was wonderful! I would book again!
