Palma Riad - Adults Only

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with tea, cava, water and pastries. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and quickly replies to requests made via email even prior to arrival when planning your trip. Each morning you have a wonderful breakfast spread with so many delicious options to choose from. The room was so spacious, had plenty of outlets, hair dryer, amazing water pressure, mini fridge, and the option to choose your bath scents. We left early one morning and the concierge had breakfast prepared in a to go bag with coffees and a taxi called to take us to the airport upon request. Certainly looking forward to a return trip!! Would highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay for a lovely Palma break. Carlos greeted us warmly upon arrival and the great service continued throughout our stay. We loved the quirky ambiance of the hotel. The quality of the breakfast, a great healthy start to the day. Favourite things about our room was the fabulous decor but also great bathroom and comfy bed! The service in the hotel was fantastic greeted warmly, nothing felt too much trouble the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best. And lastly ( there’s so much to love about this hotel!) we enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the beautiful setting of the bar. We can’t wait to stay again.

peaceful, almost hidden escape in the center of Palma — a serene little world of its own. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, an acai bowl,fish and local cheeses, plus a touch of bubbles. A unique and charming retreat right in the heart of the city. The only slight downside was that some guests didn’t use the door handles, so doors occasionally slammed, and we could hear footsteps from the room above. Apart from that, we very much enjoyed our stay at the riad. The bar is a true gem — as an espresso martini lover, I was impressed. Velvety, perfectly balanced, and clearly made by someone who knows their craft. The interior is lovely and the whole place truly charming. A big compliment to Carlos who provided us with some lovely dinner places away from the tourist hot spots. Can Eduardo was the place to go.

The atmosphere is spectacular, with a sense of luxury and calm that invites you to relax and enjoy the moment. We would especially like to highlight Carlos, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout, making the experience even better. Also, his colleague Lucía, who took great care of us with kindness and a warm smile. The staff truly make the difference. We loved the hotel, its atmosphere, and the level of service. We will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay the hotel has so much charm and the rooms are incredible. Super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

Although short, our stay at The Palma Riad couldn’t have been more perfect. Carlos and the rest of the team were extremely efficient and very attentive. Would certainly stay again.

From the moment you step into the hotel you know you've entered somewhere special. Not because it screams luxury (anyone can do that) but because it's a perfect oasis that combines tranquility and history. The bar to the right that greets you with a warm scented glass of mint tea, the conservatory in front with the small, blue pool over which rests the largest mirror I've seen in my life. And as for the bedroom - just 'wow!'. Stunning. An enormous and supremely comfortable bed, a massive sunken bath complete with stone fireplace and chandelier and the little covered balcony from which you can watch the rest of the world go by. In the evening, the cocktail bar is simply the best and in the morning, breakfast in the conservatory is a perfect way to start each day. Oh, and everyone who works there are just the nicest people. If I could award six stars I would, in fact make that seven. Because Palma Riad really does take you to seventh heaven.

My stay in Mallorca was absolutely amazing, but honestly the highlight of my trip was the beautiful Palma Riad. This is easily one of the most stylish hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff took incredible care of every detail and made us feel truly welcome. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day — sometimes even twice a day — which made the whole stay feel extra special and relaxing. The hotel and rooms are so beautiful and comfortable that you almost don’t want to leave and go sightseeing… you just want to stay there forever 😊 Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious every morning, with a great variety and lovely atmosphere. A special thank you to Olga, who was always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful, organizing everything for us and making sure we had a perfect stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
