The vibe of this hotel was great. I did have some specific issues that I raised minimally during our short stay (difficult to solve, like less hot water than I’d like) but I am happily editing my review after posting it here and receiving immediate outreach from the manager, who was very professional and very kind in addressing issues from a stay I am only posting about now about 7-8 months after the stay. Based on the level of service at the hotel, I am not surprised by this but it was still a pleasant plus. The suite was very visually striking. That alone is worthy of a stay- it's incredibly unique, even if a little small. I would spend more for the larger suite. It was a special experience. The amenities in the room were really nice. The waters and small snack were great, the different scents of the bath gels, shampoos, etc were fun and cool. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had good connectivity for streaming, etc. The concierge was very kind and helpful, coordinating rides and more. I will say, if you have difficulty in low light… perhaps not the place for you. But it is very cool. The hotel bar has really very perfectly executed drinks, very kind bartenders, and, again, very striking visually. We did enjoy breakfast a couple of times and that was also incredibly lovely. The location is great, it's quiet, and I would happily stay again. The price for high season was quite fair even for the mid tiered suite.
