Kanuga Inn & Lodging

The loudest hotel I’ve stayed at, every word from the hall I heard at every hour. They did not have enough staff at check in, I waited over 15 mins to just check in. It’s a beautiful property but not for me.

Super nice property and rooms and right across the street from Kanuga Bike Park. Wifi can be spotty in many rooms though and there are no TV's. Breakfast buffet is really great. Would def. stay there again.

Everything, specifically the lake

Setting on the lake is serene. Great walking path around the lake .

Great room and staff room was very friendly. An easy recommendation.

They didn’t have a room for pets. They sent an email before I could cancel my reservation. The bathroom floor was so dirty. I received a phone call from a he hotel stating that they never received the he $150.00 pet deposit from me. I stated that I paid the deposit when I checked in. The room had been remodeled but they never patched up the wall where the ac unit had been placed.. I found bugs in the room.

Quiet, clean and good location

No tv’s or the option to have a tv available.

The room was nice

There are no TV's in the rooms. This is a camp that apparently rents out their rooms in the off season (?)

We weren’t at the property long but the staff were very friendly. It was cold in the hallways. The air and heat unit in the room was loud. The guest were loud. Both kept me up until 3:45 am. Breakfast was provided but the kitchen staff had a hard time with cooking it. I could tell because the grits were not done and bacon was burnt. I didn’t eat due to lack of rest the night before. Not a great value for what we spent. I literally just came here to sleep and couldn’t do that.

Property was pretty.
