Loved, loved loved, the location. It was quiet, beautiful and felt safe.

Lovely visit!

Grounds were pretty.

Biggest issue isn75$ pet fee, which was not disclosed when booking!! :( Heat didn't work 1st night, staff member friendly and gave us a space heater but basically didn't sleep all night. Zero frills, way overpriced. There delivering supplies for Helene relief, so this extra expense and zero value is very disappointing.

Amazing!

The staff when we registered was cold and when we asked to be moved to a room with a balcony they said they couldn't do it. I had reserved a king room with a balcony. When questioned about not being able to move us to another room he said they were booked. There were about 3 other cars there and when we went for breakfast the 2 days we were the only people in there.

It was just perfect ! Beautiful place

We recently tied the knot at Kanuga and can't being to express how wonderful it was! The staff was so kind throughout the entire process, the venue beautiful, and the accommodations were wonderful. Everyone who stayed on property with us for the weekend enjoyed their stay, and we all loved the morning breakfast bugle! Even with the barriers from Hurricane Helene, Laura and her team helped us create a beautiful day with our ceremony in The Chapel of the Transfiguration and our reception in the Inn's Fireplace Lounge. We also thoroughly enjoyed our night-before bonfire with s'mores, hot chocolate, and apple cider. The food for the wedding was phenomenal, and I truly could not have pictured a more perfect day. Thank you so much to the Kanuga staff - we look forward to returning to this special place for many years to come!

The mattress was uncomfortable

Beautiful location to wake up to every morning. The breakfast was filling and mostly tasty. Really big bathroom and pleasant view of the hillside cottages.

There was a subtle odor in our room that we managed to live with the first night. Eventually we figured out that the heat pump leaked onto the particle board and it smelled like formaldehyde. They did give us another room, but the walls are super thin, and the unsupervised 5 to 7 year olds in room 316 giggled, screeched and bounced around until the parents showed up at 11:30 pm.
