The hotel looks very different from the photos – unfortunately, it’s quite dirty and run-down. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, especially for a hotel. The staff was polite and the location was fine, but overall the condition of the place was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was really nice and kind. The room is big, the bed as well, very comfy too. The place is literally 2 minutes from the subway. The Museum and the UN Memorial Cemetery is in a walkable distance.

The smell of cigarettes through the ventilator...it was horrible especially at night.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. They had nice coffee and snacks in the lobby. We were a family of 4 but they put us in 2 rooms so we had a lot of room and it was still affordable. The location was great, close to the subway.

There was a mosquito buzzing around in our room and I couldn't sleep. The next morning, all of us woke up with mosquito bites. I wish they had some mosquito repellent in the room for us to use.
