The employees were more friendly than the owner/management. Location was convenient for purpose of stay.

The owner/management although spoke with honorific (Korean), spoke in a rude tone, had a bad attitude, raised her voice at the customer, displayed impatience. The pictures they posted are not the same as in reality. Pictures look good, reality is worse. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette. We told the front desk and they told us she would tell the people on the lower floors to not smoke (even though they say the hotel is all non-smoking). We even saw what looked like cigarette ashes in the window sill. This made the customer's allergies worse. The bed had stains, the bathroom floor towel had a hole and there was a hair on the bathroom floor towel. So, they gave us another room. This room wasn't any better. Stains on bed sheets. Pillowcases were yellow. Food crumbs on the floor! Bathroom floor towel was all ripped and had holes. Mold in the bathroom. They showed us two more "upgraded" rooms, but it was all the same! All the bed sheets had stains, the pillowcases were yellow, bathroom floor towels had rips or holes, the floors had food crumbs or some kind of sticky spots residue. Management didn't seem to care and didn't speak in a kind manner. If she did, we would have felt more inclined to stay, but her attitude made us feel even more uncomfortable. Even though it said non-refundable on the booking site, she didn't even give a partial refund. We didn't even sleep in the room. In fact, we didn't even stay in the room for more than an hour. The staff nor management did nothing to try to make us (foreigners) feel better. It's like they didn't care if we didn't have a place to stay for the night. If they didn't care to clean the rooms well, who knows what else they didn't clean that well. And if management didn't care to upkeep the bedsheets, towels, etc., it shows that they don't really care about the customers. That's just the feeling we got.

I liked the atmosphere

No coffee or milk in the room.

The location. Also they provide all the basic essentials, bed is comfortable.

When turn on the light in toilet and bathroom the ventilation starts running and there’s tabaco smell. The towels were ridiculously small.

Really large room, bathtub enough for two people, a great dryer (though you could find laundry in that district easily.

Very convenient location ! The staff is welcoming and kind.

The room looked old and less nice than the pictures, maybe there are other renovated rooms in the hotel but it was not our case.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was extremely comfortable and the beds and the way the bathrooms were set up were phenomenal. It was our favourite hotel in Korea. It was very well located for restaurants, subway line (right around the corner from the hotel), pharmacy, cafes and even medical services. Our room was cleaned daily and we never had a shortage of towels, drinking water or even juice to drink! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We loved our stay there and didn’t want to leave!
