One of the most amazing hotels I been in with my family excellent service amazing staff manager and assistant manager were very helpful accommodate our request Defiantly I will be here again highly recommended hotel new all inclusive was excellent choice food variety , my kid love pools and lazy river Service around the pool was amazing Thanks for great vacation

Simply Amazing

We usually stay at Garza Blanca every time we visit Cabo, but this trip we decided to try something new with our two kids (ages 11 and 8). We chose this resort mainly because of the lazy river, which looked like fun — and the kids did enjoy it. That said, for the amount of money you’ll spend to stay here, you’re honestly better off just booking Garza Blanca. The dining experience and staff at Garza are on a completely different level — truly above and beyond. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself staying at this resort again. I’d rather pay a bit more and return to Garza, where I know the overall experience matches the price. In my opinion, this place is more of a 4-star resort, not the 5-star experience it’s marketed as. If you’re looking for the best value and overall luxury, skip this one and go straight to Garza Blanca.

This is an amazing hotel. We will for sure plan more stays here. ery clean. They welcomed us with a very tasty drink. The guy who was helping us chek in was a very nice one. Staff were always wearing a smile very respectful and friendly. The lazy river was the highlight. Room service was fantastic. They were cleaning the room many times a day. The pools were great. They had a very good show for 4-th of July. Also activities for children and a pool party with a DJ. Food was great all restaurants were 5 star. Thank you Villa La Valecia for creating an unforgetable stay.

Enjoyed my stay! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Spa experience was awful. They watch you and wait for you at each station. Like I have never been in a pool or sauna before. The windows see directly in the spa from outside. Zero privacy. The food is ok. Had minor stomach issues all week and now home a week they finally let up. Doesn’t feel like a resort at all. Just a hotel with a lazy river. Can’t even out your feet in the ocean. Back to Grand Fiesta Americana. A real resort feeling.

Food was very mexican authentic, I enjoyed there other food options aswell , Super clean and staff attention is excellent. We can't wait to go back.

This place was wow.

U got the all inclusive is just word once u get to the hotel we git charged for food for kids care for drinks then all the hidden fee start show up to get a reservation at any restaurant all are booked for at least 5 days u should booked it even before u get to the hotel I would not recommend this place at all

Very family friendly. Quiet without much nightlife. Food is okay and the service takes a long time at the steak house. Italian is good and fast with much better service. Entertaining staff is not that entertaining.
