Lazy river, infinity pool, staff is great, food quality is excellent

Great property, rooms, and food! Most staff was excellent, however concierge was only concerned with upselling.

The property was clean, the staff were cleaning sun up to sun down. I did not like the food, most of the food was cold, I like white rice with nothing in it however the rice was always mixed with vegetables, no option without. The chairs are hard to get so you have to wake up at like 5am and go claim your spot or you’re out of luck. The resort is beautiful and most of the staff are super nice. There is not much entertainment so you are basically in bed by 9pm because there is absolutely nothing to do. I spent 8 days there and it’s best to go into town by the marina for something to do. Overall I would rate this resort a 5 out of 10.

Weirdest “all inclusive” half the things were “premium” Their coffee shop was not part of all inclusive… coffee isn’t all inclusive, that’s ridiculous. Everything and everyone was so uptight. Zero accommodations for the guests, “it is what it is” mentality. With a party of 8 couples we booked through Expedia, some got “resort credit” some got more, some got less, some got none. Some at the end said everything they thought was part of the credit they had, they ended up getting charged for. Very unorganized, very unprofessional, would not recommend.

The rooms are very nice however I don’t think I would go back due to limited dining options. It was hard to get a reservation at the two restaurants so that only left the buffet and the biggest problem was that there were too many guests for the amount of lounge chairs by the pools. If you wanted a lounge chair, you had to get up before seven to try and save one..

The hotel and rooms were absolutely beautiful no complaints there. The staff was great but the service was not the greatest. There is absolutely no walk up or swim up bars here you can only order from the bar in the lobby or your server down by the pool which took forever to get drinks and food. The pool was a little bit of mess we had all of our belongings bagged up one morning while we were at breakfast we woke had to get to pool very early to get spots by the pool and if you left that spot for more than an hour they would clear your spot and put all your belongings in plastic bags If you are willing to get up early and get pool chairs that should be enough. This did happen to our group we got chairs early then we went to breakfast and came back to our belongings gone. The hotel did make it right and got some chairs together for our family however this seems over the top if you are willing to get up and get the spots that should be enough. Lastly there is not much entertainment at all no music at the pool absolutely none at night so if you enjoy a more lively night this resort is not it.

The rooms are very nice. We had a one bedroom suite and loved it. The service is VERY slow. It's very difficult to get drinks at the pool. After dining or getting drinks, you need to sign your receipt even if using the all inclusive package. Getting your receipt takes forever. This resort is definitely for the age of 60 or families with very young kids. The resort is very nice, but if you want any music at the pool or fast drink service, you are better off going somewhere else.
