Lazy river was so fun and relaxing for adults and kids. Very family friendly

Overall an outstanding resort with beautiful accommodations and scenery. Highlights: friendly staff, never felt too crowded, delicious food (especially latitude and la taberna), family friendly, and lazy river, pools and hot tubs were great. Cons: sewage smell in the hallways/elevator, proximity to major highway (noise), cannot swim in the ocean by the resort, one experience of a waiter forging extra tip (which was swiftly corrected), having to put in effort to get enough bottled water.

Customer service and quality food. The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and quick service!!!

I had confirmed 2 rooms with King beds for my party. First, they wouldn't honor the request for two rooms with King beds for either room. Second, they assigned the rooms in different buildings, one on the first floor and one on the eight floor. Even though they knew we wished the rooms to be close to one another. Third, each room was supposed to get one free spa treatment. They wanted to be paid for that service, even though we had it in writing. They did finally provide the spa service free, reluctantly. Third, there was $175.00 dollars, per room, that was to be able to be spent on services. But the conditions put on the use of that money made it about impossible to be used. Fourth, for the early risers, those who awaken before 7am there is no where to go to even coffee. Fifth, we paid for all inclusive service, for our stay. But it doesn't feel all inclusive when you must physically sign for every drink or item of food that you receive. Sixth, the timing of eating establishments meant that there were times everything was closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our time using the all inclusive option at this resort, and will be back soon…

My kids love lazy river so much!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning resort in Los Cabos, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable-so friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappointed. If you're considering this resort, definitely opt for the all-inclusive package-it's well worth it for the convenience and the variety of high-quality meals. The cocktails were another highlight; each drink was crafted beautifully with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. All in all, an incredible stay and a perfect destination for anyone looking to relax and indulge in luxury! A huge shoutout to the amazing staff, Jose Luis and Arturo. Their exceptional service really made this resort stand out, and we can't wait to return!

We visited the property for 4 days, the restaurant and food options inside the resort were amazing. The staff were wonderful and helpful and accommodating. We had our 9yr old daughter and she had a blast. The lazy river was so much fun and the infinity pool had an amazing view of the ocean where we were able to see whale spouts at a distance. We will definitely be coming back to this resort.

Another great property from the Villa group. We have previously stayed at Villa del arco and it was our first time at valencia. Property was gorgeous. Rooms, pools, all of it. The family loved the infinity pool and especially lazy river. Good and service were excellent. Only complaint is the beach is not swimmable, but if you walk down one hotel you can swim and find crabs etc. I missed seeing the arch from the Arco and also paddle boarding and kayaking but this property was so beautiful and lovely. They are still new and the food took a very long time to come out but the servers were so attentive and the drinks were flowing. We will be back!
