Hotel Amatte San Miguel de Allende

The people at the hotel are very nice. The rooms are extremely dark! The pool is not really a usable pool, it may be more of a hang out pool which because of the open ceiling is. They have lounge chairs, but they are not close to the pool. The "included" breakfast is eggs and some sweet bread which unfortunately was very hard. Most importantly, this hotel is not within walking distance to town. If you have been to San Miguel, this is a cobblestone town and hard to get around. Last but not least, if you have to cancel, please check their cancellation policy. Hope all these things help you. Don't make our mistake.

Brunch food could be better, breakfast was a little bit simple

Lugar maravilloso, con excelente restaurante y amable atención. Nos tocó mucho ruido porque la habitación de arriba y al lado estaban en remodelación. Nos hubiera gustado estar lejos de esto, o por lo menos que nos hubiera notificado la noche anterior.

No la recomiendo. Aparte un tipo de habitación que no se dio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación , está lejos del centro , el baño en la regadera con hongos de humedad y óxido en las partes de metal Una pena pues los empleados amables y serviciales pero no volvería
