we stayed only one night, from 3am til 6am…. noise of fireworks couldn’t let us sleep, i wonder what was the celebration about….. i hope it’s not like that everynight.

Decor, architecture, food

There is a techno music (not house music which would be much more fitting with the architecture and location) blasting all night and events are organized without warning hotel guests that they will essentially have sleepless nights.

"Beach resort feel"

Beautiful ambiance. The staff welcomes you upon your arrival with a fresh mimosa. The architecture and feel of every corner of this place is very soothing. It reminded us of a resort near the beach in Cabo. The hotel offers complimentary transportation to and from the Centro de San Miguel, which is impressive! We used it every day we were there, and It was quick and straightforward to use. Food and drinks were okay, but we did experience what looked to be disagreement with the chef and staff on two different occasions, which led the employee to walk away crying. Fair warning, The rooftop bar had a live DJ daily playing loud music until 11 pm. If you are a light sleeper or trying to sleep early, this might interfere with your plans.

Amazing place and excellent staff and service! The restaurants are amazing and the views are incredible. They also have a beautiful pool in a gorgeous setting just minutes from el centro (with a complimentary shuttle to el centro). The location is perfect - super convenient to the centro/downtown area without all the noise and traffic. Will stay here next time for sure!

Traditional Mexican vibe and decoration. Good location just outside of the town centre. Great rooftop restaurant and bar
