La habitación tenía el aire dañado y apuntaba a toda la cama, sin posibilidad de ajustarlo. El jacuzzi no encendía. El personal nos ayudó y nos reembolsaron el dinero, pero nos tuvimos que ir a las 9 de la noche.

El sitio es muy agradable y segura

I really liked the location, as it is situated in a high–tourist-traffic area of El Poblado, which results in a multicultural environment and a strong sense of safety. The hotel is fantastic. As a frequent world traveler and a Colombian local, I feel proud to say that they offer exceptional service always with smiles, great attention, a positive attitude, willingness to help, and attentiveness at all times. The breakfast options are very varied, and for an additional cost they also offer delicious items. We enjoyed a crispy croissant, a carrot cake, and best of all, spectacular fresh juices made with milk or water truly the best the country has to offer: its fruits! I would like to highlight the great attitude of the reception staff, the young woman and young man in charge of breakfast, as well as the massage therapist. It had been a long time since I had received a massage, and having it included is wonderful it’s 20 minutes of relaxation and a minimal but valuable investment in oneself. Finally, I want to highlight something that truly stood out to me: the hotel is also very multicultural, with guests from many different cultures. To my pleasant surprise, a very kind and conversational gentleman spoke with us on the terrace and turned out to be a foreigner from Germany a country that welcomed me in the past and for which I have personal affection. This person, who provided us with such excellent attention, is named Sebastian, the owner of the hotel. He spoke with us about various topics and is a German who has become very “Colombian” in style, implementing the warmth and friendliness that characterize our country as both an owner and an immigrant. To him and his wife, my greetings and thanks for loving our country and helping grow the tourism industry in this paradise. Once again, as an airline crew member, I will recommend this place in Manila, which I chose for the first time in my own city to experience as a tourist. Thank you, and merry christmas!!!!!!!!!
