Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel La Martina fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y en una zona muy segura, lo cual nos hizo sentir tranquilas y cómodas durante toda nuestra estadía. Además, queremos destacar especialmente al recepcionista Juan Miguel, quien fue increíblemente amable y atento. Nos asesoró con muy buenas recomendaciones sobre actividades para hacer en Medellín y siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El personal, la ubicación, las instalaciones. Todo fue perfecto. Las instalaciones estuvieron limpias y con todas sus amenidades. El personal fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto para ayudar. El desayuno, independientemente de que no era tan variado, siempre estaba delicioso. Un hotel muy bonito.

We truly recommend this hotel! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful — the place is beautiful, and the staff as well as the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. We even received a complimentary room upgrade and were greeted with so much warmth. After long, adventure-filled days in Medellín, we loved relaxing in the stunning hot tub on the rooftop terrace — the view was amazing, and the water temperature was just perfect. A huge thank you to the entire team and the owner for making our stay so special. We really, really loved it here. If you’re thinking about booking this place — don’t hesitate. It’s 100% worth it!

Hôtel très bien situé. Les chambres sont belles, propres et fonctionnelles. Mais le + est incontestablement le personnel. Je suis venue dans cet hôtel à la suite d’une opération chirurgicale à Medellin… les aléas des voyages! Que ce soit les femmes de chambres, le personnel du petit déjeuner, les réceptionnistes et les gérants. Tout le monde a pris grand soin de moi et m’a énormément aidé. Je ne pourrais jamais assez les remercier. Il y a une jolie terrasse, un jacuzzi et un service de massage très bien (d’après mon amie lol) Bref une excellente adresse à Medellin. Encore merci à tous ❤️

The room was beautiful, but tiny for the bed. Hot shower was great. Staff at the café was great.

Slippery tiles on the stairs, you better watch out, even one sounds creepy. We were promised two massages included in the fair, but when ready to book, we were informed that the personnel were out for the day, even when they assured us that we could book for any day of our visit, bit unorganised schedule they have. There were Germans smashing doors right next to our room it was so creepy, they sound almost inside our room. The jacuzzi water is not that hot, and it takes years to heat, almost an hour and a half, so book it with a lot of time in advance.
