Desde nuestra llegada, el personal del hotel fue muy amable. El desayuno es completo y delicioso. La habitación (con jacuzzi) resultó perfecta para disfrutar en pareja, y la ubicación del hotel también es excelente, rodeada de muchos restaurantes. Realmente nos encantó la experiencia. Nuestra reserva incluía un masaje gratuito de 20 minutos; aunque no pudimos aprovecharlo por compromisos durante nuestra estadía, el personal siempre estuvo atento y tratando de organizar el horario para que pudiéramos asistir. En resumen, nos encantó todo y recomendamos el hotel sin dudas.

La tercera sí fue la vencida para decidir no hospedarme más en este hotel: 1. Siempre me han ubicado en el primer piso, y el ruido es intolerable, desde las 4:00 a.m. uno se tiene que someter a escuchar el ruido que viene de la cocina y de la zona de lavado. 2. Esta vez experimente un olor feo proveniente del sanitario de mi habitación, al parecer estaban haciendo unos arreglos en la tubería. 3. Lo peor fue la atención del restaurante, fui ignorada en varias ocasiones por una de las que sirven a la mesa, según ella que no me entendía, pero no tuvo la delicadeza de acercarse a la mesa y preguntarme, pasaba derecho y no me determinaba, hasta que me levanté de la mesa y le pregunté a su otra compañera (quien es la administradora), quien gentilmente me atendió en lo que necesitaba, lo peor es la respuesta del administrador del hotel, que las quejas se escalaban directamente con el restaurante porque eso es aparte, ¿perdón, pero es que pagué al hotel con desayuno incluido?, el hotel no puede ser ajeno al trato y mal servicio que presta el restaurante, el hotel ofreció devolverme 100.000 y una noche gratis, y no acepto que les quede grande prestar un buen servicio, es lo básico. Todo esto para decir que pésimo todo, y que a dos cuadras hay un hotel hermoso, con un personal único y maravillosa atención, la comida impecable.
