Apartamento muy agradable, moderno, bien equipado, nuevo, bien decorado. Ubicación excelente. Un bonito mini tour para el traslado del aparcamiento al apartamento en cochecito eléctrico.

the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment since the directions on my phone were vague. the apartment was very comfortable with a full kitchen. the was a small washing machine. although there was no dryer, there was a closed courtyard where we hung the laundry to dry.

The location is simply perfect, everything is few steps away.

The location was great. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable and everything was very clean, and the bathroom spacious. There was also heating via air conditioning. Staff was very nice, reliable and helpful. We left the car at the parking at the reception building and they had a transfer for us both ways, with all our luggage. Very good value for the money.

There was an unpleasant smell when we entered the apartment. We thought that it was from the cleaning substance used shortly before our arrival. But after airing out the place for some time, all was good.

Location was fab, in the centre of the old town. Well equipt apartment. Staff helpful in bringing bags and driving us to the apartment from the office (the old town doesn't allow cars}

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. No coffee provided.

Good location, close to the old city center. The accommodation is on the ground floor, no need to carry luggage up the stairs. Clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine. The bed is comfortable. But the air condition doesn't work (there is a portable air conditioner/heater instead).

There is parking at the office outside the old town (free at the time of our visit) and although it says there is a shuttle service (check in from 3-5pm, check out 8-10am), you cannot choose your preferred pick up time, you can only choose the remaining time slot. Even though we told the staff that we wanted the morning shift to go back to the airport, they said “Sorry, it’s not available, the earliest is 10 am” .. So we ended up having to drag our bags and walk 500 meters to wait for a taxi back to the parking lot by ourselves.

Beautiful accomodation right in the middle of the beautiful little old town, everything you'd need - excellent value
