Location and price were excellent. Contact person responded to questions immediately and was professional. Apartment doesn’t look as pictured and was a little tired.

Was 100% disappointed in apartment appearance, doesn’t look like photos shown. ALL of the beautiful natural stone walls are painted white. They look dingy and feels like we are below ground. The kitchen faucet is completely loose. We used the washer and had to hang our clothes all over the furniture because the drying rack is completely rusted out, broken.

We picked up the keys from the reception which was 500 m from the unit. The staff were excellent and used a shuttle bus to take us to the unit. Parking was available at the reception. The unit was fantastic - close to the sights of Rovinj and very spacious and comfortable. It made our stay perfect.

Nothing to dislike

Great apartment in an old town building. Perfect for a 4-people family. The location is amazing! A few meters from the port, in an old charming street with restaurants and a nice ambiance. The parking + shuttle service is just perfect to reach the location without taking care of parking on the spot. We only spent one night there, but wish it was longer!

Only the shower lacked some piece of furniture and a proper ventilation system. Nicely renovated though !

location of the apartment. amazing place. Quiet spacious. Walkable to all the attraction and in the middle of the old town. A place to stay.

Not very sure but a window to the outside would have been better. But since it is located in the inner part of the lanes that doesn't look viable option fo the hosts.

The location is excellent. Very very close to the bustling busy main streets of the city.

Bedroom did not have any windows, I mean there is one but it's nearly a fake window as it opens into a tunnel type area. We ended up sleeping in the living room on the couch as a windowless bedroom is not ideal The walls could've used a quick repaint as there were marks on nearly every wall. The courtyard /backyard has huge walls so there is very very little light coming in, also there are many other apartment windows looking straight into your backyard so privacy is near zero. It's nice that it has 2 bathrooms, it's appropriate for a family with up to 2 kids I would say. Overall the location and value is great, but the place itself is not the attraction, the city is. (One downside is the TV, it didn't have Netflix ( for the kids ) and EVERY channel was in German )

They were very friendly and it was in the center.

Location, location, location - 5 minute walk along the water to the old town, many restauraunts right outside, which are actually nicer than the ones on the waterfront, less touristy. Staff on arrival and departure were both lovely. Shower was great, nice bath products

No coffee machine, or coffee and tea provided. It has a kitchen but no basic condiments were provided like salt and pepper or oils. This was a shame as everything else was perfect
