The evening food was poor, cold when served as if sitting a while , very slow bringing drinks to table thus was when hotel not busy , I would have preferred to travel into town for evening meal very disappointed in meals

The housekeeping service . They could not tidy up the beds properly and were lazy to change the bed linen even after the 3 rd night until I called them and demanded to change it and clean the dust on the surfaces .

Told it was 15 min walk to town it was 30 mins, told to go to bar to order food by reception to have to go back to room Spa pool full of children so not relaxing Limited storage in room for clothes Did not feel like 5 star property - no turndown service, mini bar not restocked on one day, had to ask 3 times for boat reservation confirmation. Not personal very transactional.
