PLWe stayed at this spa hotel with my mother for four days in May, and it was truly the best choice we could have made. We had an absolutely wonderful time and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming from the very beginning. We were especially grateful that we were allowed to check in much earlier than the official time, as we had an early morning flight. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference for us. Our room was large, spacious, and had direct access to a private lawn with a stunning mountain view. Every day we received two complimentary bottles of water, and the coffee capsules were regularly replenished at no extra charge, which was a very nice touch. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details. The spa area, breakfast zone, and restaurant are all excellent. Soft, relaxing music is always playing throughout the hotel, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it even easier to unwind. There is also a scenic path leading directly from the hotel to the waterfront, which takes about 15 minutes. Be prepared for some stairs and uphill walking :) — it wasn’t a problem for us at all. Alternatively, the hotel offers a shuttle service, but it’s best to book it in advance. We will definitely return to this hotel again. It is truly an amazing place where you can switch off from everyday worries and simply enjoy the spa, nature, delicious Italian food, and excellent service.
