Wunderschöne Außenanlage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Am Nachmittag war leider, außer der Spezialität des Hauses , kein Kuchen erhältlich. Was uns sehr wunderte, da wir morgens beim Zubereiten wahrer Kunstwerke zuschauen konnten. Für wen waren die?? Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals! Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall weiter!

Spazi comuni bellissimi, ampi, ariosi. Camere molto spaziose, pulitissime. Il ristorante (alla carta) potrebbe essere migliorato, ampiliato, nell'offerta.

I travel a lot throughout Europe, especially Italy. We've been to all the regions and stayed in many different hotels—3-star, 4-star, and 5-star. I want to say that this is the best and most amazing hotel. Everything is thought out down to the last detail. Be sure to book a room with a lake view—it offers a stunning view, a soft bed, and lovely linens. The interior and architecture are gorgeous. The hotel is surrounded by roses and greenery. The breakfasts are fresh, with a wonderful variety. Simply amazing, fresh juices. Everything is perfect. The dinners are also good, but I would add steaks and vary the dinners a bit. The spa is beyond reproach. The saunas and pool are amazing, everything is second to none and top-notch. The best spa I've ever had in any hotel. I want to mention Matteo, the massage therapist. You should definitely go to him. I've tried different massages in many hotels, but Matteo is the best massage therapist I've ever had. Simply amazing. I will definitely recommend the hotel on Instagram to my friends, acquaintances, and foreign clients. Because I think everyone deserves to visit such a luxurious hotel. The spa staff is wonderful. We left a tip for everyone who deserved it. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏 We will definitely be back. I recommend adding a kids' club so the kids have something to do while it's raining.

The only big "but" is that I would openly explain to Gianni the waiter that he can't serve customers with such a disgruntled expression. Gianni the waiter was so moody that every evening we were afraid to order anything from him. He was the most unpleasant, unsmiling, and repulsive waiter we've ever encountered. I'm so sorry.

Lage, Freundlichkeit, Essen, Aussicht

Es fehlte an: Kleenex im Bad, Schirme im Zimmer, Wasserkocher, niemand konnte das Auto in die Garage bringen. Ansonsten alles top, aber in einem 5 Sterne Hotel dürfen diese Punkte nicht fehlen.
