I ended up with an allergic reaction to the towels and bed linen. There were baby roaches crawling on the bed and floor.

The hotel staff wasn't available to let me in, so I had to make alternative arrangements. Hotels.com didn't refund my money.

It was good experience great staff

Staff was very professional and friendly great place to stay rooms big the only problem I had was the bed very uncomfortable and fell like it was loose

Bed bug . Changed to 3 different rooms but they gave me half off . Last minute was too noisy had to leave.

Its in a bad area. Alot of homeless and crackheads. There was a baby roach on the bed and i killed 4 more on the walls. Bathtub was dirty and seem to have a patch over a hole and a broken towel rack.

It was pretty clean and quiet. I wasn’t aware it was an extended stay so the front desk closes at 11 pm. We didn’t arrive until 12:30 am and had to wait for an on call person to come to check us in. When we got to the room, the tv remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv until the front desk opened. It is right next to a movie theater and sports bar if you want entertainment.
