Excellent!!

Getting into our room was seamless and quick. The room was clean and orderly and all linen clean but there were a couple areas in the bathroom With mold surfacing and unappealing area in sink. Nevertheless, a wonderful experience

Smells like weed in hallways, room could be cleaned better before giving to other customers. Room can also smell better.

⸻ I am writing to express my deep concern and extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at the WoodSpring Suites located off Anderson Road and the Veterans Expressway. From the moment I arrived, the property felt unsafe and unmonitored. There were vehicles in the parking lot with flat tires pushed over parking stops, people lingering in cars appearing to use drugs, and individuals smoking cigarettes, marijuana, and possibly other substances right at the front entrance—despite clear signage stating smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the building. The back entrance was even more alarming, with several people who appeared to be under the influence, acting erratically and loitering in a way that made me feel incredibly uneasy. One particularly disturbing incident occurred when I returned to the building and encountered a man who seemed to be high, standing silently in the hallway. As the elevator arrived, he began to approach me. Thankfully, someone came out of a nearby door and told him to leave. However, the damage was already done—I no longer felt safe. Once inside, the chaos continued. People were yelling in the hallways, doors were constantly slamming, and my ESA dog was so frightened she began shaking uncontrollably. I was terrified to leave my room, but I had no choice but to take her out. During that time, a clearly intoxicated man got into the elevator with us, causing my dog to panic even further. The entire environment was overwhelming, unsafe, and deeply traumatic—for both me and my animal. When my husband arrived later that evening, he witnessed people exchanging drugs behind the building. It’s clear that this property is attracting criminal activity, and it desperately needs stronger security measures, routine police monitoring, and random checks. It felt more like a haven for illegal activity than a place intended for rest and safety. To add to the concern, I noticed fresh handprints on my car that were not there when I checked in, indicating someone had been snooping or attempting to access it. This experience was beyond unacceptable. I genuinely feared for my safety and was traumatized by what I witnessed and endured. A full refund should have been issued immediately, and I strongly believe this location warrants an investigation and immediate intervention for the safety of future guests. This location deserves a zero-star rating, and I urge others to exercise extreme caution before considering a stay here

Few people I passed by in the hallway looked to be serious drug addicts as well the floor smelled like smoke

I've stayed at Woodspring locations (not this one)before and this experience was very consistent: Clean and comfortable room at a good price. The guy at the check in desk was very friendly and efficient. Shopping plaza next door with a restaurant, Starbucks etc.

Nothing really. It was what I expected. It's a little out of the way though it is close to the airport.

Did a quick trip for a concert but bed was too old and beat!!! And we found bugs crawling on us in the bed. Not bad hotel but have to improve on cleaning and replace beds.
