Great stay! Friendly staff, quiet & safe.

I reserved a suite but not handicap and that’s what I received the bed was so low to the floor, I have back problems and a bad knee and that didn’t help at all went to the front desk and they told me that was all they had I told them I didn’t select handicap suite on my Expedia account and was told they didn’t have any regular rooms that I booked for and that was it. I have stayed here numerous of times and never had this problem but I will not be booking here again oh yeah the room wasn’t as clean as it needed to be found hair on bathroom floor and in the bed and it want mine I have braids

The property itself is very nice and in a great location. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and the room could have used a bit more cleaning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I had an excellent stay with the location near the restaurants, some shopping stores, gas stations, great parking space. etc. I look forward to my next visit.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Jackson/Airport Pearl for a month while deployed with FEMA. Overall, the hotel is comfortable and clean, and I would recommend it—but with some caveats. The front desk staff was very professional. Sam stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He made it a point to recognize me and other guests daily, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not meet expectations. I had to frequently request basic items—even after full service was completed. The housekeeping manager was often present when I expressed concerns but didn’t appear to take action. I wasn’t the only one—several of my colleagues had similar experiences. One highlight was Ms. Emily, who provided outstanding service over the July 4th weekend. She entered my room and took initiative without being asked, showing professionalism and care that exceeded expectations. If Marriott can address the inconsistency in housekeeping, this property has great potential. I still had a pleasant stay and appreciate the staff who made an effort.
