Residence Inn by Marriott Jackson Airport, Pearl

Excellent staff, especially Sam. The overall cleanliness of the property was superb.

Stayed here with my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter. We checked in late and went straight to bed, but in the morning we noticed mold on the wall behind the headboard. It looked like someone had tried to cover it with wall mud and never repainted it, which made it clear this wasn’t a new issue. We told the front desk about the mold when we checked out and were told they would inform maintenance. We didn’t even bring up the other problems because it already felt like nothing was going to be done. There was a strong smell of urine on one side of the bed, dog poop on the floor next to where my wife had been sleeping, and a cockroach on the wall. We’re not usually ones to leave reviews like this, but with a toddler and a pregnant wife in the room, the condition of the space just wasn’t okay. Hopefully management takes this seriously for future guests.

The television didn’t have tubi on there .

The staff was very accommodating. The sofa bed was a little tough I could feel the springs. I also had to go downstairs to get extra sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. The place was really clean. When I pulled out the sofa bed there were gummies bears that came out the sofa bed. Overall good stay.

Great room will definitely come back.

I love the cleanliness and location and we feel safe and comfortable there. Me and wife have stayed there several times and if we can help it, we want stay anywhere else when we are there in Jackson.
