Residence Inn by Marriott Jackson Airport, Pearl

The hotel is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to many nearby restaurants such as the juicy seafood and Logan‘s roadhouse. The staff was very friendly, offered water on arrival. One morning when we left prior to breakfast time, the staff went in the back and got milk and cereal for us which was very helpful.Towels were clean and restocked daily. The rooms were large with a well stocked kitchen and very clean. There is shopping and entertainment nearby at the baseball stadium and a movie theater. I would highly recommend this hotel if you were staying in the Jackson or Pearl area.

The computers were down so check in took 45 minutes. After that everything was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding.

The housekeeper cleans every other day, there was dust and animal hair on the furniture in the room.

I am late posting this review but our date of stay was 31-‘March -1April 2025. I discover the Residence Inn at 108 Riverwind Drive, Pearl Mississippi about 3 years ago traveling from Arizona to GA. Back then in 2023 I was impressed with the awesome customer service and how friendly everybody was then and still are to this date. Upon making our reservations for our stay on 31 March - 1April 2025. I had the pleasure to speak with Sravani ( hopefully I am spelling her name right). I also had the pleasure of interacting with Assistant Msnager Ms Grace and Sam. I applaud everyone for their excellent customer service and I want to let you know how much we appreciated your hospility. This will always be our #1 choice to stay whenever we are traveling

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at recently. The suite with kitchenette is so convenient and full size frig and freezer came in handy to store our beverages and ice packs. Definitely recommend.
