Great location and parking was easier than anticipated... Clean building and super friendly staff!

We had a great 9 day visit at this apartment. Front desk people were inviting, friendly and helpful. The apartment was huge and clean. We were easily able to connect our streaming to the TV. The refrigerator was large enough to store whatever groceries and refreshments we bought. It was outside the noisy Broadway downtown area, but you could walk there in 15 minutes to party on. Location is a short walk to Centennial Park and the Pathenon. There are Bars and restaurants close by on Demonbreun St, and most places will also deliver to the Placemakr. I highly recommend this place, and If I return to Nashville I will stay here again. Darren from Canada

Very helpful, friendly and so hospitable. Will definitely be back. We had a noise issue in our room and were upgraded immediately.

I liked the location. It was close to the University and Centennial Park. It was a 15 min walk to the action on Broadway. There are restaurants and bars 5 min away on Demonbreun St. We were happy to stay outside the core and the noise generated there till 3 am. Nights were very peaceful for sleeping other the the odd ambulance or fire truck going by. The room was very spacious with lots of storage space. The front door staff were always pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again if I come back to Nashville.

It would have been nicer to have a King size bed. There is lots of room for it.

Spacious apartment in good location . Minor maintenance for non working lights and bathroom exhaust fan needed. Somewhat sparsely furnished dishes and no kitchen towel. Only one tv but no tv service unless you could sign in to your home streaming service. A disadvantage for older folks. Parking garage keypad quite temperamental. Good elevator and desk staff very helpful.
