Bed comfortable. Good location. Staff was good.

Only 2 chairs for Dining table and we were 4.

Spacious, 2 bedrooms each had a separate bath. Seemed to have everything needed with regard to kitchen accessories/supplies. Washer & dryer.

The directions to access the property were completely unclear. This very well may be because I was not able to log into the site. The mattresses were not very comfortable, not horrible, but not comfy either. One was very hard, the other was lumpy and the bed would squeak with every movement. There was street noise which I guess should have been expected, but was noticeable to us as we’re not accustomed to being in a large city environment.

Location and staff.

It was not very clean and we had missing items, like body wash and utensils. The apartment has 2 queen beds and only 2 chairs, so not ideal to have the whole family eating together.

Travis at the reception desk made our visit so much nicer, giving us a first class welcome to Nashville and continued to look after us and give amazing advice daily. Other staff could learn from his approach...

small thing, but entering a long code to get the elevator up or down every single time is painful, but i guess it adds to security

Walking distance to great restaurants.
