Nice stay in Eterna. It was a beautiful hotel but the location is a bit far from the centro and the only issue is that the street has no lamp posts so it gets really dark at night going back. We stayed at their deluxe room (ground floor) and it was really pleasant, however, the pressure from the shower is a bit weak. The room is spacious and has a small kitchenette which is a plus. Overall, our stay was good. Their staff are amazing and helpful, esp in giving reco. They also have a water station so you can refill your tumblers before heading out.

Breakfast. Breakfast is located in a small cafe 200 meters from accomodation. The cafe is located right next to the trash recycling centre. We could choose from two types of breakfast. We choosed the oat and fruit bowl, because we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the second option. Bowl was 6/10 but small for men. You will get fresh orange juice which will be in the glass full of ice and reduced with water. If you want a coffee, which was nice, you will have to pay extra for that.

The hotel was just perfect. The location worked really well for me (but it is quite deep in la valeta) The road is bumpy - but if you know Tulum this is absolutely the norm. The staff were lovely, my room was GORGEOUS, I thought it was really good value for money in Tulum, the breakfasts were at this sweet little place next door and it was delicious and whole hearted. I loved it here and will definitely stay again.

there were occasional power outages, but again, this is normal in Tulum.

Nice architectural design of property and of rooms

Water from everywhere in the property had an odd salty taste. There was an electricity outage which resulted in not having water for a couple of hours during the morning. The breakfast was very basic, but quite good. However, the service was very slow. There is no public lighting or pavement on the street that leads to the hotel.

Hotel was great, clean, and spacious for what we needed. The pool in our room and rooftop pool were nice. The architecture and design of the hotel were visually appealing. The roads around the hotel are rough, but walking to the main avenue was easy.
