Eterna is a lovely little hotel which is well designed and a pleasure to stay at. It is in a quiet part of town which is close to the busy parts of town without the noise. Very good place to stay in tulum.

I would not recommend this place. Hotel room was fine, however, the breakfast was placed next to the junkyard/trash pile. This was utterly embarrasing to serve us food from an unhygienic place. Receptionist continue to justify and cover up the poor food options. They totally misled us. Be careful with potholes and flood water stands around the hotel. Extremely, extremely unpleasant experience!!!

Overall, it was very clean and nice place. We stayed 5 days and we didn’t have any issue whatsoever. Our room was huge, we had housekeepers cleaning our room everyday. I definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting the area.
