Eterna Tulum

Really cute place, great location and value for your money. Two things though - when it rained the water came in through our door. They came and cleaned it up, but hopefully that is remedied in the future. Second thing - one of the front desk staff was not detailed oriented and gave my refund for the security deposit to the wrong card. I caught it, but just look out for potential mistakes like that.

Lovely modern hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast.

Neighborhood is a juxtaposition of luxurious new buildings on dirt roads with no pavements or street lights. Glad that we had a car.

I stayed in the ‘Suite Plus’ room and was pleasantly surprised how spacious and clean it was. I had 3 floors that included a modern washroom with standup shower, a very comfortable bed, living room area, and private rooftop pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they even packed my breakfast in a box to go because I was leaving early. Eterna Tulum is located off the strip but I was able to walk by myself to the Center. I would recommend this place to solo travelers. I had a great time and would come back again.

My stay here was outstanding. The rooms are great and the staff is very attentive and nice. I showed up too early for me reservation and they went out the way to get me in my room at that time and not have to wait. I was also setup with other necessities like transportation and car rentals without asking. They sent me everything I needed via WhatsApp and I was off. Thank You again Eterna Tulum. I will definitely use your services in the future.

The reception staff is the best thing about the hotel. Special shout-out to Jorge and Marta. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is nice.

Room felt very dusty, so I couldn't sleep well. The hotel is not very accommodating to vegans. For breakfast I was just served fruit and they said they couldn't make anything else (and I didn't feel they had the desire to do so). I paid for for the room with breakfast included, but if I was to book again, I'd have breakfast elsewhere, it's not worth the money. To summarize, it's not vegan-friendly.
