Room and hotel in general were STUNNING, in retrospect I think we were given a free room upgrade - this wasn't mentioned by the staff but was very much appreciated! The rooftop pool was beautiful and there's a nice terrace on the mid-level where they began hosting cocktail nights during our stay. Staff were very friendly and there are bikes available to rent (which is helpful since it's a little far from the main areas of Tulum and taxis in the area are a total scam)

We'd read the reviews about the breakfast but boy oh boy was it bad. We took one look on our first day and knew we'd have to find alternative options - a few bits laid out in a small, cluttered room with flies buzzing around.

The space, the decoration, the bed, the furniture were awesome and very comfortable. The bathroom was also comfortable and we had a small kitchen, very functional as well. I found the pillows too thin and the receptionist that day (lovely and welcoming lady) got me a great pillow as well as great recommendations for places to ear. We were really comfortable. The staff was very nice, it was a very pleasant experience. You can easily park in front of the hotel and at night the area is super quiet.

The walls are a little thin so early morning you hear some activity in the hotel, but nothing that kept us from sleeping. The breakfast is basic and really nothing special, I wish there was more choice, but plenty of breakfast places in Tulum to go to.

The staff are absolutely amazing! The hotel is very beautiful and the location is awesome, close to the main downtown area and free parking much more chill than the beach street where all hotels are and no parking available.

The rooms don't have hair dryers. Other than that everything is perfect.

WOW! This place is just amazing. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but our room was incredible! We had a private pool and hammock. Such a great vibe. The design looked soooo beautiful. We will come back for sure. Also the key bracelets were cool.

The breakfast... its ridiculous! You can get apples, bread and scrambled egg with ham... that's it. Could be easily improved.
