Location too noisy

All the staff was extremely helpfull, and it's very well located.

Frühstück war ungenügend, Lage ist schlecht. Rund ums Hotel sind Abends und in der Nacht nur Bettler und sonstwie zwielichtige Personen. Wir mussten das Hotel nach der 1. Nacht verlassen aus familiären Gründen. Leider hat weder Booking.com noch das Hotel selber noch nicht mal eine Antwort gegeben auf unsere Anfrage betreffend Rückerstattung zumindest des Frühstücks, welches für 4 Nächte gebucht war. Ich habe viel via Booking.com gebucht und bin sehr enttäuscht, dass auf unsere 3-malige Anfrage nicht mal eine Antwort erfolgt ist. Ich werde zukünftig einen anderen Anbieter bei Bedarf beiziehen.

Service von Booking.com ist absolut ungenügend. Eine Antwort wäre eine Antwort. Trotz 3-maliger Nachfrage wurde mir nicht mal eine Antwort geschickt.

The room was clean and housekeeping friendly.

We specifically requested a mountain view, and the booking confirmed this. However, when opening the blackout blinds, only a small portion of the mountain was visible, as the view is largely obstructed by the basement and undercover parking directly in front. And our direct view out of the window. The room lacked basic amenities. There were no bedside lamps, only one overhead light with nine bulbs and no dimmer switch. When we asked for an alternative, we were advised to twist the bulbs out ourselves. There was also only one mirror in the room, located in the bathroom, where the lighting is extremely poor. With no windows and very dim light, it is not suitable for tasks like applying makeup. The general upkeep of the hotel needs attention. The rooftop terrace was unkempt, and the TV in the rooftop dining area was excessively loud during the afternoon, playing the news. There was no remote in sight to adjust or switch it off. The reception staff appeared either new or uninformed about processes. When I requested the PIN for the parking -which had been arranged two months prior - I was told to WhatsApp her instead of receiving it through the Booking.com messaging system. She was also unfriendly and made no effort to make us feel welcome.

Unfortunately there was a downpipe jutting into my room and I could hear, very loudly, the shower/toilet water running. Enough to wake me up. Also, had a few bugs/cockroaches in the bathroom. And I found a macdonalds chips container behind the bedside table

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spacious well laid out. The rooms were clean, modern and well structured.

It had been very noisy outside and the sound inside traveled as well.

The stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were truly amazing—very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made it easy to relax after a day in the city. The hotel is also in a great location, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Since it is in the city, it is a bit noisy. We can hear the cars and people from the rooms.
