Tak for et dejligt ophold kunne helt klart godt komme igen

Trendy hotel; EDM music playing in the lobby, looked like the place to hangout on a Friday or Saturday night, hip décor. The best part was the staff, could not have been more friendly or helpful (especially when you beat you luggage there by a day). Rooms are on the small size. Probably by design, they want you out of your room and enjoying all the amenities the hotel has to offer.

Everything was amazing. So many bars and restaurants in one place. Indoor and outdoor pools. Relaxation areas.

Very nice stay. Hotel really surprised me positively. Great atmosphere, nice room, great dinner at the Asian restaurant and - for hotel standard - good gym.

Sluddrig personal i Receptionen, gällande Ala carte restuarang, vart lovad och bokade fick ej bord man önskade. Personal i restuarang var trevlig och försökte lösa. Trasig dusch hållare, service personal borde ha koll på det.

Hotellet är bra, smidigt med parkeringsgaraget. Nackdelen var att avloppet var täppt i handfatet. Sade till i receptionen två gånger men dom fixade det aldrig trots påminnelse. Rummet luktakte avlopp.

If this was a 4 star it would have been 5 dots. But it’s announced as a 5 star and that comes with some commitments. First: where is the bell boy, offer of valid parking etc.. The small things that makes your stay easy. Also: learn from the American continent. If you allow booking through a website don’t give me the poorest room! I’m a paying guest! That said the service from the staff otherwise was excellent. We stayed at the JQ level where there is a lounge. The lounge was closed during our stay. So in total not a 5 star but a good 4. Would I stay here again. Of course. The hotel is nice, cool and with lots of things to do. It’s a resort not a hotel.
