Many mosquitoes and pretty noisy at night and in the morning. Food was a bit boring

This property is hidden away in the forest of puerto morelos, which is what I was going for. My stay was a three day stay. There are only a few cabins, and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves. The cenotes are an added benefit to the property. The cabins themselves are also really creatively built. I was impressed by the design. The downsides that I encountered are that staff were limited. We were greeted by a young woman who, I'm still not sure was staff, or part of another group that was also on the property at the time. I got a very brief walk through the property and then we were left to ourselves. The dining was dependent on the staff being there. I was also dissapointed by the food. We ordered three orders of tacos, two orders of the steak and one of the shrimp. The tacos consisted of your average tortillas and the protein, nothing else. Each order was three tacos and were 275 pesos for steak and 300 for shrimp which is around 15-17 USD. I get three good size tacos with a side of rice and beans for that same price back home. I was honestly disuaded from purchasing any more food after that. I was dissapointed that I struggled with internet, which at first I thought was part of the experience, but learned on the last day that they had just forgotten to mention that we had access to wifi. Overall, I think, had we had better staff guidance it would have changed the stay completely.

For those seeking tranquility, the enclosed meditation room is the ultimate escape—whether you’re here for a yoga retreat or just want a quiet space to reflect. 🙏 Let’s talk food. Elda, a true gem, whips up fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily in the charming open dining area. The meals are homemade and served from 8am to 8pm, and everything is made with love by the family. If relaxation is your thing, you’ll love the hot tub perched above the pool—talk about a serene view. The pathways are well-marked and lit, making it easy to explore this peaceful retreat. Whether you’re after adventure or some serious R&R, Aldea Maya-Ha is a must-visit destination. We will definitely be back!

Helpfulness and friendliness of owners, they went out of their way to make our stay good, very restful place.

This is our favorite place out of everywhere we have been, there is nothing to dislike.

Lost in the jungle! Very nice rooms among the trees, construction with natural materials. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the village of Puerto Morellos

Unless they send you the location, I think you will never find it!. A pity because it is a place that deserves to be more known. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed.

Julio and his family have a very special and magical place in the jungle! They made us feel so welcome and we were the only guests at the time so we felt especially grateful for the experience! They offered to arrange breakfast for us and always took the time to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend a visit and our top tip is enjoy the wild life that surrounds you. It was awesome!

Amazing breakfast. Great location along the ruta de los cents but still close to Puerto Morelos.

The cenotes didn't look very clean and there's no pool. It will be better once they finish the pool.
