Luxury Glasgow Flat in the heart of the Westend

The flat was clean, had everything we needed and in an excellent location.

Good location

Not a luxury flat, tired with low quality furnishings that need cleaning (rugs in particular) and view at back of overflowing rubbish bins. Street entrance and communal area shabby. Insufficient comfortable seating in living area.

Great little flat in the west end of Glasgow!! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a good TV, and the bedrooms were lovely too

The location was fantastic within walking distance of Kelvingrove, the Hunterian Art Gallery and the Botanic Gardens. The subway was minutes away and the area was full of restaurants and takeaways. The flat was warm with a lovely view over Kelvingrove Park. Having two bathrooms was a bonus and we enjoyed the big-screen TV with Netflix and other streaming platforms easily accessible.

We thought naming the apartment as deluxe was misleading. It was adequate for 2 people but would be a struggle for four. One bedroom was very small with the bed pushed up against the wall so no space for bedside light etc., the bed and tiny wardrobe took up most of the bedroom. The kitchen was tiny and when the door was open. there was only room for one person. There was only one sofa in the living room which would mean four people would have to squeeze on side by side. The mirrored door on the wardrobe in the main bedroom fell off when we slid open. The silicone around the bath was black which was unpleasant. We felt the whole apartment could do with a bit of TLC. A bin in the bathroom would have been appreciated.

Great location, close to shops and underground! Flat was immaculate with well equipped kitchen including coffee machine. Lovely decor too.

For four adults we were a little short of seating, lovely sofa but someone had to sit on the floor.

Location and cleanliness

1st. The drainage pipe underneath the basin in the large toilet was found disconnected. Obviously, there was repair work done, but the repair work at that connection join was not proper. It was found that the connection join was covered with adhesive mud. 2nd. There was NO hot water supply from the boiler by 10 pm. We all needed to queue up to use the electric instant heater to take shower in the small toilet. It was quite inconvenient.

Lovely flat, nicely decorated and well furnished . well located with easy access all round Glasgow and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance . Good Co-op up the road .

The main bathroom the seal around the bath has gone and literally has holes , so we didn’t use that shower as water would go under the bath and it really doesn’t look very nice . Such a small thing to correct and would make it perfect .
