Luxury Glasgow Flat in the heart of the Westend

Comfortable, spacious & warm flat. Excellent location.

Bathroom sink leaked into underneath draw, so we had to use the en-suite bathroom instead.

West end location

Unfortunately no parking at property or anywhere near by really due to parking restitutions. Had to walk a little distance from car to property which was not ideal for elderly relatives. The flat and particularly the smaller bedroom was also uncomfortably warm when we visited making it difficult to sleep (very hot/sunny weather for Glasgow). I’m sure this isn’t often a problem, but a fan would have been greatly appreciated. Whilst flat itself was nice, building was a little run down. For example, bins in communal waste disposal area were overflowing.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean. Everything we needed for a long weekend stay in Glasgow. Will definitely stay here again

Very nicely decorated and equipped and clean!

Needed time to figure out heating and coffee machine as it was self check in but worked perfectly well.

Furnishings were new.

Accommodation was inadequate for 4 adults. Only 1 sofa in the sitting room. One bedroom was a good size but the shower was very small. Difficult to have room for washing. The second bedroom was very cramped ….a small single bedroom with a double bed against the wall and no no space at all at the end of the bed. The outlook was awful! Looked on to waste ground and a communal very untidy bin area. The cleaner arrived 20 minutes before check out time. Used her key without knocking to enter the flat. Left her bags of cleaning materials in front of the wardrobe and amongst our own bags etc which we were getting ready to pack into the car. Had to be asked to wait outside a number of times until we were ready. Eventually did go. She had parked right in front of the entranceway - which made it difficult to load the car. There were various items of food left in the fridge / freezer. Including an open packet of uncooked chicken. The fire alarm / smoke detector in the sitting room was covered by a polythene bag. There were no instructions for using appliances.

Parking has it's challenges, suggest a guest permit
