Spacious apartment, clean had essentials needed for stay. Bed needs to be replaced.

The good: Very clean and close to Broadway. A vehicle was not needed. The Bad: The bathroom door doesn't close and it's a simple fix to repair the top hinge. If I had a screwdriver I could have done so. The washer/dryer doesn't dry. It's a combo unit and don't plan on using it. We arrived and turned on the tv. In order to use it, you have to give them a departure date. Ours was wrong so we had to agree to a day earlier than our scheduled departure date. You are given a code to use on the entrance door. The notice said all credentials will be erased on departure. We didn't want to take a chance and leave our room and return to find the door locked and all our belongings were still in our room so we left a day early and went to another hotel for the last night. The TV is possessed. While watching TV the first night, during the show the TV changed channels to UTube. I tried to go back to my show but couldn't. The screen showed "daphie's iphone" in the corner. I video'd the screen with me holding the remote trying to change the channel. I contacted Sonder with the number given to me and they said they would look into this but did nothing. I would not recommend this place unless they got a new host. You pay extra for a host fee for nothing.

I had no idea when I booked this via Marriot Bonvoy that it was going to be so bizarre. There's no employees on site, except cleaning staff and the building is locked down with door codes. Want an early check-in? You can get it for extra $$ on their app. Inside the building, I felt like I was walking around in a low-income housing project. Very sterile and un-inviting. The room decor was okay and the room was clean, but the experience was very bland. And for the over $300/night, I would expect to be greeted by a human and not have to upload pictures of my DL and photos of my face in order to get a door code. On top of all that, I never received a receipt. Their web and app failed to retrieve the receipt and so I had to wait for 15 minutes to "chat" with someone via their app. After another 10 minutes, I was emailed a receipt that contained an error - I was charged twice for the early check-in! As I write this, I'm still waiting for the chat-bot to find and fix the error.

1. Location terrific - easy walking distance to most attractions. We did the hop on hop off bus to find our bearings then walked everywhere 2. The unit perfect for a couple for a weekly stay. 3. The opportunity to do your washing and drying was tremendous as we had been travelling 6 weeks 4. Very clean with everything you needed 5. Bed was firm but sheeting of really nice feel but sadly torn. Even so it was really nice to climb into at the end of a long day. 6. The shower over bath set up was the best of any stay anywhere we have travelled worldwide. Not once did we run out of hot water as other reviews have commented on running out. 7. As a pick up drop off point share rides could find it very easy.

1. Didn’t like rod pocket curtains on windows facing a well lit street. Even though the actual curtains were blockout, there was a 10-12” gap from glass to curtain. We didn’t get sleep which is the most important when you are holidaying. 2. Side table lamps were completely wrong for the space and we continually bumped into them. 3. Nashville is noisy. You cannot blame lack of sleep from noise when a honky tonk town is what you have come to experience! And they honk and honk! Just embrace it for what it is - an expression of happiness.

Do not risk your stay. Sonder cancelled our reservation 8 mins after check in time on the day of check in. we had booked and paid in full more than 2 months earlier. Although they tried to rebook us into another venue, they had no availability elsewhere and could only offer us a 'sorry' and a refund. We were left in a very stressful situation trying to rebook a new hotel last minute and ended up having to pay 4 times our initial budget to stay within the same area (all other options were 10+ miles away). Terrible experience and very disappointing with such short notice.

The view and location was awesome close to all the places we wanted to see
